摘    要:实验性帕金森氏病(PD)大鼠动物模型免疫功能变化研究表明,大鼠单侧黑质损毁后第4天,胸腺细胞自发增殖明显降低,脾脏细胞对羊红细胞抗体产生明显增加,自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性增强,胸腺、脾脏淋巴细胞转化无明显变化。体外研究表明,多巴胺(DA)对免疫功能无明显影响。

Abstract:An experimental Parkinson's Disease (PD)model was established in Wistar rats by electric destruction of Substantia Nigra (SN). Four days after the destruction, immu- nological status examination of the rats revealed: depressed thymocyte spontaneous proliferation (p<0.05), increased antibody production to SEBC by splenocytes (p< 0.05), enhanced cytotoxicity of natural killer cells (NK) in spleen (p<0.05) but no obvious change in thymocyte and splenocyte proliferation induced by ConA. Dopamine was not found to have direct effects on immune cells in vitro.
