微波联合硫酸镁治疗中心静脉置管致机械性静脉炎效果观察

目的观察微波联合硫酸镁治疗中心静脉置管致机械性静脉炎的临床效果。方法将75例机械性静脉炎患者随机分为两组，观察组（40例）采用微波治疗＋50％硫酸镁溶液湿热敷1～2d后，50％硫酸镁纱布浸湿后加温平铺于炎症区域，2～3次／d，30min／次，连续使用2～3d。结果观察组治愈37例（92．5％）、显效2例（5．0％）、有效1例（2．5％）、无效0例（0．0％），对照组分别为18例（51．4％）、4例（11．4％）、8例（22．8％）、5例（14．3％），两组治愈率差异有统计学意义（x。=17．224，t9〈0．05）。结论微波联合硫酸镁治疗机械性静脉炎临床效果显著。

The effect of microwave combined with magnesium sulfate in treatment of PICC catheter to mechanical phlebitis

Objective To observe the effect of microwave combined with magnesium sulfate in treatment of peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） catheter to mechanical phlebitis. Methods 75 patients with mechanical phlebitis were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group （40 cases ） was given microwave treatment ＋ 50% magnesium sulfate after heated and gauzed to soak in the inflammatory area 1 -2d,50% magnesium sulfate gauze is soaked, heating tile on inflammation in the area,2 - 3times/d,30min/time, continuous use 2 -3d. Results The observation group cure 37 cases （92.5%） ,2 cases were markedly improved （5.0%） ,effective 1 case （2.5%） ,invalid 0 case （0.0%） ,control group were 18 cases （51.4%） ,4 cases （11.4%） ,8 cases （22.8%） ,5 cases （ 14.3% ）, respectively. The difference of cure rate between two groups was statistically significant （X^2 = 17. 224,P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of microwave combined with magnesium sulfate in treatment mechanical phlebitis is remarkable.
