术前评估方法在胰腺癌手术治疗中的应用

目的探讨术前评估方法在胰腺癌治疗过程中的应用价值。方法将90例胰腺癌患者随机分为对照组45例（常规方法）、观察组45例（术前评估方法），观察比较两组手术切除率、术中大出血病死率、生存时间等。结果经治疗及随访，观察组手术切除率77．8％、大出血病死率4．4％（2／45）、误诊率2．2％（1／45）、生存时间（290±50）d，对照组分别为44．4％、11．1％（5／45）、13．3％（6／45）、（180±40）d，观察组各项观察指标均明显优于对照组（X^2=5．56、4．62、4．34、5．21，t=5．89，均P〈0．05）。结论有效应用胰腺癌术前评估方法可以减少术中严重并发症发生、延长患者生命、减少手术失误的发生。

Application of pancreatic carcinoma preoperative assessment methods and its significance in clinical effect

Objective To explore the effect of preoperative assessment method in treatment of pancreatic cancer and its application value. Methods 90 pancreatic cancer patients were randomly divided into 45 cases in the control group （routine method） ,45 cases in observation group （preoperative assessment method）, operation resection rate, hemorrhage mortality, survival time were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment and follow- up,the observation group operation resection rate was 77.8% ,hemorrhage mortality rate was 4.4% （2/45） ,the misdiagnosis rate was 2.2% （1/45）, survival time （290±50 ）d, control group were 44.4%, 11.1% （5/45）, 13.3% （6/45）, （180±40）d respectively,the observation group of the observation index were significantly better than the control group （X2 =5.56,4.62,4.34,5.21 ,t =5.89,all P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The effective application of pre-operative assessment of pancreatic carcinoma method can reduce intraoperative complications, prolong the life of patients, reduce the operation failure.
