| 摘 要： | 目的评价去甲万古霉素治疗耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌属感染疗效。方法用国产去甲万古霉素（万迅）治疗耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌院内感染的病人34例，每d总量12g，治疗平均102d，观察其症状、体征变化及细菌清除情况。结果治愈29例，好转4例，无效1例，总有效率983％。临床未见肝肾功能损害，治疗后细菌的总清除率为853％。结论国产去甲万古霉素治疗耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌属感染临床效果满意，且经济、安全。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of norvancomycin in treating MRS infections. METHODS: 34 cases of nosocomial MRS infections were treated with domestic norvancomycin at a dose of 1. 2g/d with an average therapeutic course of 10.2d.The changes of symptoms and signs as well as bacterial clearance were observed. RESULTS: Among the 34 cases, 29 were cured, 4 improved and one was unsatisfactory, a total effective rate being 98. 3%. No liver and kidney dysfunctions were found. The total bacterial clearance rate was 85. 3%. CONCLUSION; The domestic norvancomycin is effective, inexpensive and safe in treating MRS infections. |
