| 摘 要： | 目的通过医院手术器械灭菌包装器具的使用现状调查，分析各医院应如何配置合适的手术器械灭菌包装器具。方法根据卫生部《医院消毒供应中心管理规范》的相关要求，在重庆市抽取27家三级甲等和二级甲等医院，对其使用的手术器械灭菌包装器具的类型和所占比例进行统计。结果27家医院使用合格灭菌包装器具的平均使用率仅为17．0％，并且所有医院配置灭菌包装器具的数量都未达到“规范”要求，在将来增配时多数医院都首选有孔型灭菌打包盘。结论灭菌包装器具对手术器械的灭菌质量有直接影响，需要按规定合理配置和使用灭菌包装器具。
