降钙素治疗骨质疏松性疼痛的疗效观察

目的:观察降钙素治疗骨质疏松患者疼痛症状的疗效。方法:将121例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,分别给予降钙素和一般钙剂治疗,12周后观察疼痛缓解效果、骨密度(BMD)和生化指标变化及不良反应。结果:试验组疼痛缓解有效率为93.0%,对照组为35.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组BMD较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。2组患者生化指标在治疗前、后均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。试验组患者在治疗过程中部分患者出现面色潮红、食欲减退、头晕等不良反应,继续用药2周不良反应消失。结论:降钙素是治疗骨质疏松性疼痛的有效药物,可能会出现部分轻微不良反应,可自行消失。

Efficacy Observation of Calcitonin in the Treatment of Osteoporosis Pain

OBJECTIVE：To explore the clinical efficacy of calcitonin in the treatment of osteoporosis pain.METHODS：121 patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group was treated with calcitonin and control group was given common calcium medicine.After 12 weeks,the effects of pain relief the change of BMD and biochemical index and adverse drug reaction were observed.RESULTS：The effective rate of pain relief was 93.0% in treatment group and 35.7% in control group,there was statistical significance（P0.05）.BMD of treatment group was higher than that of control group（P0.05）.There was no gignificant difference in biochemical index of 2 groups（P0.05）.During treatment period,flush appearance,loss of appetite,dizzy,etc.were observed in calcitonin group.Those adverse drug reactions disappeared after 2 weeks of treatment.CONCLUSION：Calcitonin is an effective medicine in treatment of osteoporosis pain.Some mild adverse drug reactions will disappear.
