377名基层医师对国家基本药物制度认知情况的KAP调查

目的:了解基层医师对国家基本药物制度的认知情况。方法:2009年9月对377名基层医师采用分层抽样法进行国家基本药物制度认知情况知识-态度-行为(KAP)问卷调查,问卷共包含21个问题,共发放问卷400份。结果:本次问卷的有效回收率为94.3%,其中63.7%知道国家基本药物制度,69.2%认为处方基本药物是医师的职业义务,58.1%认为基本药物就是便宜药,仅有14.3%认为很清楚基本药物的品种。结论:基层医师对国家基本药物制度知晓率不高,认识存在误区,缺乏相关知识可能是基层医师不处方基本药物的主要原因。建议在基层医师中加强对基本药物相关知识的培训;增强基本药物制度的宣传力度;采取监督和激励使用相结合的措施,促进基本药物制度的实施。

KAP Survey of the Cognition of 377 Primary Doctors on National Essential Drug System

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the cognition of primary doctors on National Essential Drug System.METHODS：Stratified sampling method was used to investigate the cognition of 377 primary doctors on National Essential Drug System in Sep.2009.A total of 400 questionnaires were collected and included 21 questions regarding the knowledge,attitude and practice（KAP） of 377 primary doctors towards National Essential Drug System.RESULTS：94.3% valid questionnaires were collected,among which 63.7% of primary doctors were aware of National Essential Drug System and 69.2% felt that prescribe essential drugs should be a professional obligation.58.1% falsely believed that essential drugs just were cheap drugs.However,only 14.3% were clearly aware of the varieties of essential drugs.CONCLUSIONS：Primary doctors lack of knowledge and have false recognition about National Essential Drug System,which may be main reason that primary doctors haven＇t prescribed essential drugs.It is suggested to enhance primary doctors training about essential Drugs.The publicity of Essential Drug System and monitoring and encourage measures should be put forwards to improve the implementation of Essential Drug System.
