我国基本药物制度与合理用药相关性探析

目的:探讨我国基本药物制度与合理用药的关系,为促进临床合理用药、推进基本药物制度的实施提供参考。方法:分析国家基本药物制度与合理用药的相关性和现阶段推行基本药物制度的具体情况,并提出建议。结果:基本药物制度缺少权威部门协调,主管部门不明确;基本药物目录遴选机制不健全,合理用药的监管不到位,现有《国家基本药物目录》也未发挥其应有作用。结论:应进一步完善国家基本药物制度,保证基本药物足量供应和合理应用。

Exploration and Analysis of Essential Drug System and Rational Use of Drugs in China

OBJECTIVE：To explore the relationship of National Essential Drug System with rational use of drugs in order to provide reference for the rational use of drug in the clinic and promote the implementation of Essential Drug System.METHODS：The correlation of National Essential Drug System with rational use of drugs were analyzed as well as the implementation of Essential Drug System to put forward suggestions.RESULTS：There were several problems including lacking clear authority and administrative department to regulate the implementation of Essential Drug System;the mechanism of Essential Drug List is not perfect,national drug regulation is not in place.Existing National Essential Drug List also does not play its due role.CONCLUSION：National Essential Drug System should be further improved to ensure sufficient supply and rational use of essential drugs.
