地诺前列酮栓用于促宫颈成熟和引产的疗效观察

目的:观察地诺前列酮栓用于促宫颈成熟和引产的疗效。方法:选择2009年1月～2010年1月于我院妇产科住院的孕产妇100例作为研究对象,其中观察组50例给予地诺前列酮栓用于引产,对照组50例给予催产素进行引产,比较2组引产的效果。结果:使用地诺前列酮栓后,观察组宫颈评分用药12h较用药前明显提高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。观察组的临产时间、总产程及分娩时间均明显短于对照组,但引产成功率(96.0%)却明显高于对照组的引产成功率(74.0%),均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:地诺前列酮栓能促宫颈成熟,引产成功率高。

Efficacy Observation of Propess for Cervical Ripening and Labor Induction

OBJECTIVE：To observe efficacy of propess for cervical ripening and labor induction.METHODS：100 pregnant women were collected from obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from Jan.2009 to Jan.2010 as subjects.50 patients were treated with propess for labor induction as observation group and other 50 patients were treated with oxytocin for labor induction as control group.Clinical efficacies of 2 groups were compared.RESULTS：The cervical score of observation group 12 h after treatment was significantly higher than before treatment,there was significant difference between 2 groups（P〈0.01）.The labor time,the total production process and delivery time in observation group were shorter than in control group.The success rate of labor induction in observation group was 96.0%,which was significantly higher than that of control group（74.0%）.There was significant difference（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Propess can induce cervical ripening and improve success rate of labor induction.
