重庆地区20家医院2006～2008年调脂药利用动态分析

目的:了解重庆地区调脂药的应用现状及趋势。方法:对重庆地区20家医院2006～2008年调脂药的销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行统计、分析。结果:调脂药的销售金额和用药频度呈逐年上升趋势。3年中,他汀类药的销售金额分别占总销售金额的60.53%、59.14%和59.83%,始终列第1位;其次是中成药和贝特类。用药频度排序列前3位的是辛伐他汀、血脂康和阿托伐斯他汀钙。结论:他汀类和中成药占重庆地区调脂药市场的主导地位。

Utilization of Antihyperlipidemics in 20 Hospitals of Chongqing from 2006 to 2008

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo and trend of the utilization of antihyperlipidemics in Chongqing. METH- ODS：The utilization of antihyperlipidemics in 20 hospitals of Chongqing from 2006 to 2008 was analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum,DDDs and DDC. RESULTS：The DDDs and consumption sum of antihyperlipidemics increased year by year. The consumption sum of statins accounted for 60.53%,59.14% and 59.83% of the total consumption sum over the past three years respectively. Statins always took up the first place in the list of consumption sum,followed by Chinese patent medicine and brate. Simvastatin,Xuezhikang and atorvastatin ranked the first three places in the list of DDDs. CONCLUSION：Statins and Chinese patent medicines occupy the predominant place among all the antihyperlipidemics in Chongqing.
