抗菌药物的使用量与医院感染常见病原菌耐药性的相关性研究

目的:了解2003～2009年我院医院感染常见病原菌耐药性变化趋势及抗菌药物年使用量,探讨用药量与耐药性之间的相关性。方法:对7年间14种抗菌药物年用量与这些药物对医院感染常见病原菌的敏感性进行统计分析,计算各药的用药频度(DDDs),并用直线回归法对耐药率与DDDs进行相关性分析。结果:7年间14种抗菌药物DDDs呈波动状况,病原菌耐药率逐步上升。7年间我院有9种抗菌药物DDDs的变化不仅与它们本身的耐药性变迁呈显著相关,而且与其它10种抗菌药物耐药性的变迁都有相关。结论:抗菌药物的广泛使用或使用不当与加速细菌耐药性的产生、发展和传播存在着密切相关。规范抗菌药物的使用和管理对延缓耐药菌的产生和蔓延有着重要意义。

Study on Correlation of Amount of Antibiotics with Drug Resistance of Common Nosocomial Infection Pathogens

OBJECTIVE：To probe into drug resistance trend of common nosocomial infection （NI） pathogens and annual amount of antibiotics from 2003 to 2009,and to explore the correlation of amount of antibiotics with drug resistance. METHODS： Annual amount of 14 kinds of antibiotics in 7 years and the sensitivity of them to common NI pathogens were analyzed statistically. DDDs of those antibiotics were calculated and relationships of them with drug resistance were analyzed by linear regression. RESULTS：The DDDs of 14 kinds of antibiotics were fluctuant,and drug resistance rates increased gradually in 7 years. The change of DDDs in 9 kinds of antibiotics were not only significantly associated with their own drug resistance change,but also related to drug resistance change of other 10 kinds of antibiotics in the past 7 years. CONCLUSION：The wide use and improper use of antibiotics are closely related to the generation,development and transmission of drug resistance. Standard use and management of antibiotics is of great significance for delaying the emergence and spread of drug-resistant bacterial.
