| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨基层医院国家基本药物制度的应用现状和实施策略。方法:结合现阶段新出台的国家基本药物制度和实施方案,从基层医院实施的具体做法入手,分析实施执行的保障措施。结果与结论:基层医院国家基本药物的应用率偏低,通过提高认知度、加强执行力、控制指标、配套政策等方面可保障国家基本药物制度的有效实施。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To investigate the application and implementation strategy of essential drugs in primary hospital.METHODS：Based on newly introduced National Essential Drug System and implementation programs,the guarantee measure was analyzed in view of the practice of primary hospital.RESULTS CONCLUSIONS：The application of essential drugs in primary hospital occupies low proportion.The effective implementation of National Essential Drug System is performed by enhancing awareness,strengthening the executive power,controlling indicators,carrying out other supporting policies. |
