我国网上药店的现状调查

目的:为规范和发展我国网上药店提供参考。方法:对国内17家实际运营的网上药店的经营范围、网站主页界面、药品价格、购药流程、药学服务等方面分别进行比较、分析;以"网上药店"为关键词通过百度和Google搜索非法零售药品的网站,并与合法网上药店的经营药品种数、折扣率等进行比较。结果:网上药店的经营范围包括药品、保健品、医疗器械等,平均经营的药品种数为2512种;药品平均折扣率为9%;网站主页界面、购药流程多样化;网上药学服务较为完善。非法零售药品的网站经营药品种数不足100种,折扣率远高于合法网上药店,且没有直接配送方式、药学服务和售后服务。结论:网上药店应发展医药物流,引入多元化经营模式,规范在线执业药师药学服务体系;政府部门应完善和加强互联网药品交易服务的相关法律法规和监管,积极探索政府、行业和社会多方监管的长效机制。

Survey on Current Situation of Online Pharmacy in China

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the standardization and development of online pharmacy in China. METHODS： The business scope, web site homepage, drug price, purchasing process, pharmaceutical care of 17 domestic online pharmacies were analyzed comparatively. Illegal online pharmacies were retrieved by Baidu and Google using ＂online pharmacy＂ as key word, then compared with legal online pharmacy in respect of drug category and discount rate, etc. RESULTS： The business scope of online pharmacy included medicines, health products, medical appliances and so on. The average category of medicine was 2 512; the average discount rate of medicine was 9%. There were diversity in web site homepage and purchasing process. The online pharmaceutical care was relatively perfect. Drug category of illegal pharmacy was less than 100 and their discount rate was significantly higher than that of legal online pharmacy, lllegal online pharmacy didn＇ t provide direct distribution, online pharmaceutical care or after-sale service. CONCLUSIONS： Online pharmacy should develop medical logistics and introduce diverse operating mode. Online pharmaceutical care system of licensed pharmacist should be standardized and related laws and regulations of online medicine trade should be perfected and strengthened. Long-term mechanism for supervision of government, industry and society should be explored actively.
