摘    要:目的:研究青蛇藤的化学成分。方法:应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MCI、RP-18柱色谱对青蛇藤进行分离、纯化,根据理化常数和光谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从青蛇藤氯仿萃取部分分离鉴定了8个单体化合物,分别为:杠柳苷(1)、杠柳苷元(2)、periplocoside M(3)、2α,3β,23-三羟基-乌苏-12-烯-28-羧酸(4)、北五加皮苷E(5)、熊果酸(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)和胡萝卜苷(8)。结论:化合物2、3、4为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Periploca calophylla. METHODS: The samples were separated and purified on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MCI, RP-18 column. Their structures were identified by spectral and chemical methods. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated from the chloroform part of P. calophylla, including periplocin (1), periplogenin (2), periplocoside M (3), 2α, 3β,23 trihydroxy ursolu 12 ene 28 carboxylic acid (4), glycoside E (5), ursolic acid (6),β-sitosterol (7), daucosterol(8). CONCLUSION: Compounds 2,3 and 4 are isolated from P. calophylla for the first time.
