不同剂量阿托伐他汀钙对老年2型糖尿病男性患者血脂和骨密度的影响

目的:探讨不同剂量阿托伐他汀钙对老年2型糖尿病男性患者血脂和骨密度的影响。方法:将90例男性受试者随机分为3组,每组30例,分别于每日晚饭后顿服阿托伐他汀钙片10mg·d-(1T1组)、20mg·d-(1T2组)和40mg·d-(1T3组),3组均连续口服12周。服药前和服药后6、12周分别测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)和骨密度(BMD)。结果:3组治疗后TC、TG、LDL均明显降低,HDL明显增高(P<0.05);并且3组间同期比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。3组治疗前、后反映骨代谢的指标ALP无明显变化;反映骨转换与形成的指标BGP治疗后均升高,治疗前、后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。其中,T3组BGP同期高于T2组,T2组BGP同期高于T1组,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。3组治疗12周后BMD均明显增加(P<0.05),且组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀钙对老年2型糖尿病男性患者在发挥调脂作用的同时,还能使患者BMD得到改善,且疗效呈剂量相关性。

Effect of Different Doses of Atorvastatin Calcium on Blood Lipids and Bone Mineral Density in Elderly Male Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

OBJECTIVE：To observe the effect of different doses of atorvastatin calcium on blood lipids and bone density in elderly male patients with type 2 diabetes.METHODS：90 male subjects were divided into 3 groups.3 groups were given atorvastatin calcium 10 mg·d^-1（T1 group）,20 mg·d^-1（T2 group）and 40 mg·d^-1（T3 group）after dinner each day.3 groups were orally administrated for 12 weeks.The levels of cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL）,alkaline phosphatase（ALP）,osteocalcin（BGP）and bone mineral density（BMD）were determined before treatment,6 weeks and 12 weeks after administration.RESULTS：The levels of TC,TG and LDL in 3 groups were decreased significantly after treatment while HDL were increased significantly（P〈0.05）,there was significant difference among 3 groups（P〈0.05）.The indicators of bone metabolism ALP in 3 groups reflected no significant change before and after treatment;BGP which reflected indicators of bone turnover and formation were increased after treatment,there was significant difference among 3 groups（P〈0.05）.The levels of BGP in T3 group was higher than counterpart in T2 group and the levels of BGP in T2 group was higher than T1 group,there were significant differences among groups（P〈0.05）.After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of BMD in 3 groups were increased,there was statistical significance among groups（P〈0.05）.The levels of BMD in T3 group was higher than in T2 group and the levels of BMD in T2 group was higher than in T1 group,there were statistical significances（P〈0.05）.No obvious adverse drug reaction was found in 3 groups during treatment.CONCLUSION：Atorvastatin calcium not only can regulate the levels of blood lipid in elderly male patients with type 2 diabetes,but also improve the BMD of patients in dose-dependent manner.
