阿魏酸钠联合单硝酸异山梨酯治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

目的:观察阿魏酸钠(SF)联合单硝酸异山梨酯(ISMN)治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的临床效果。方法:将48例UAP患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予ISMN20mg,qd,静脉滴注及常规抗心绞痛药物治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上,加用SF300mg,qd,静脉滴注。2组疗程均为14d。观察UAP患者的症状改善、心电图变化、硝酸甘油的用量及不良反应等。结果:治疗组UAP总有效率为91.7%,心电图总有效率为70.8%;对照组UAP总有效率为62.5%,心电图总有效率为37.5%。治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:在常规药物基础上,SF联合ISMN治疗UAP较单用ISMN疗效增加明显。

Clinical Efficacy of Sodium Ferulate Combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of Sodium ferulate（SF） combined with Isosorbide mononitrate（ISMN） in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.METHODS：48 UAP cases were randomly divided into treatment group（24 cases） and control group（24 cases）.Both groups were given ISMN 20 mg once a day by intravenous infusion and conventional antianginal drug;treatment group was additionally treated with SF 300 mg once a day by intravenous infusion for 14 days.Clinical symptom,the change of electrocardiograms,amount of nitroglycerin,adverse drug reaction,etc.were observed.RESULTS：In treatment group,the total effective rate of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram were 91.7% and 70.8%,respectively;those of control group were 62.5% and 37.5%,respectively.Therapeutic efficacy of treatment group was superior to control group significantly（P0.05）.No ADR was found in 2 groups.CONCLUSION：SF combined with ISMN can significantly improve therapeutic efficacy of UAP on the basis of conventional therapy.
