奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林治疗进展性脑梗死46例的疗效观察

目的:观察奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效和安全性。方法:将92例进展性脑梗死患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各46例。对照组给予口服阿司匹林0.1g,qd;观察组在口服阿司匹林基础上,加用奥扎格雷钠80mg,静脉滴注,bid。2组疗程均为14d。治疗后对比观察2组的治疗效果。结果:观察组基本痊愈率及总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗14d后,2组神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组神经功能缺损评分较对照组下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,2组均未见严重不良反应。结论:奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林治疗进展性脑梗死比单用阿司匹林临床效果好,安全性高。

Clinical Observation of Ozagrel Sodium Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of 46 Cases of Acute Progressive Cerebral Infarction

OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of ozagrel sodium combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction.METHODS：92 patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given aspirin 0.1 g orally once a day and the observation group was given ozagrel sodium 80 mg intravenously twice a day based on aspirin treatment.After 14 days of treatment,the effects of 2 groups were observed and compared.RESULTS：The basic recovery rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,there was statistical significance（P0.05）.After 14 days of treatment,the neurologic impairment score of both groups were decreased significantly,there was statistical significance（P0.05）.The neurologic impairment score of observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,there was statistical significance（P0.05）.ADR was not found in 2 groups during treatment.CONCLUSION：Ozagrel sodium combined with aspirin is superior to aspirin alone in the treatment of acute progressive cerebral infarction with good safety.
