人免疫球蛋白联合辅酶Q_(10)治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的临床观察

目的:观察人免疫球蛋白联合辅酶Q10治疗小儿病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法:选择我院儿科住院的病毒性脑炎患儿88例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各44例。2组均予抗生素、激素、病毒唑、降颅内压、能量合剂等综合治疗。治疗组在上述基础上加用辅酶Q1010mg,tid,连续口服2周;人免疫球蛋白300mg·kg-1·d-1,5d为l个疗程。比较2组治疗后临床疗效、脑电图及影像学改变情况。结果:治疗组有效率为88.63%,对照组为70.45%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组脑电图、脑CT及核磁共振成像改善情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:人免疫球蛋白联合辅酶Q10治疗病毒性脑炎患儿疗效可靠,对脑电图及影像学的改善具有重要的促进作用,值得进一步探讨。

Clinical Observation of Gammaglobulin Combined with Coenzyme Q10 in the Treatment of Viral Encephalitis of Infant

OBJECTIVE：To explore the effect of coenzyme Q 10 combined with gamaglobulin on viral encephalitis of infant.METHODS：88 cases with viral encephalitis of infant were randomly divided into treatment group and control group（n=44）.Both groups were given combination therapy including antibiotics,hormone,virazole,decreasing intracranial pressure and energy mixture.Treatment group were additionally treated with coenzyme Q 10 10 mg 3 times a day for 2 weeks and gamaglobulin 300 mg · kg^-1 · d^-1）.One treatment course lasted for 5 days.The clinical efficacy,electroencephalogram and imageology were compared between 2 groups after treatment.RESULTS：The effective rates of 2 groups were 88.63% and 70.45%,respectively（P〈0.01）;the improvement of electroencephalogram,CT and MRI in treatment groups were better than in control group,there was statistical significance（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Coenzyme Q 10 combined with gammaglobulin is effective and reliable in the treatment of viral encephalitis of infant and promotes the improvement of electroencephalogram and imageology.It is worthy of further study.
