复方茵栀颗粒中栀子的鉴别及含量测定

摘    要:目的:建立复方茵栀颗粒中栀子的鉴别和栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对栀子进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定栀子苷的含量。结果:在TLC中能鉴别出栀子;栀子苷的线性范围为5.005~60.06μg·mL-(1r=0.9999),平均回收率为102.78%(RSD=1.95%,n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便、重现性好,可用于复方茵栀颗粒中栀子的鉴别和栀子苷的含量测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To establish the methods for the identification of Gardenia jasminoides and content determination of geniposide in Compound Yinzhi granules. METHODS: TLC was used for the identification of G. jasminoides. HPLC was applied for the determination of geniposide. RESULTS: G. jasminoides could be identified by TLC. The linear range of geniposide was 5.005 ~60.06 μg. mL-1(r = 0.999 90 ) with an average recovery of 102.78 % (RSD=1.95 %, n = 6 ).CONCLUSION : Established methods are simple and reproducible, and they can be used for the identification of G. jasminoides and content determination of geniposide in Comoound Yinzhi granules.
