我院282例药品不良反应报告分析

目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律。方法:对我院2008～2009年收集的282例ADR报告进行分类统计与分析。结果:282例ADR中,男性(162例)多于女性(120例),>60岁者占34.04%;抗微生物药引起的ADR最为多见,占44.68%,其次为消化系统药,占13.12%;静脉滴注较其他给药途径更易发生ADR(240例,占85.11%);主要的ADR类型为皮肤及其附件损害,占44.33%。结论:临床应加强和重视ADR的监测工作,促进合理用药。

Retrospective Analysis of 282 Case Reports of Adverse Drug Reactions in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions（ADR）occurred in our hospital. METHODS：A total of 282 cases of ADR reports collected in our hospital in 2008～2009 were classified and analyzed statisti- cally. RESULTS：Among the 282 cases,the male（162 cases）showed higher proportion than female（120 cases）,and senile patients who were more than 60 years accounted for 34.04%. The antimicrobial drugs caused 44.68% of ADR,followed by the digestive system medicines（13.12%）. The ADR were more likely caused by intravenous injection（240 cases,85.11%）. Main types of ADR were lesions of skin and its appendents,accounting for 44.33%. CONCLUSION：Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring to promote rational drug use in the clinic.
