| 摘 要： | 目的:总结临床药师在肝胆外科开展药学服务的内容与体会。方法:结合临床药师深入肝胆外科工作的情况,详细叙述了肝胆外科的药学服务内容以及面临的问题。结果:临床药师针对临床各方面发挥药学专长,在肝胆外科开展药学服务取得初步成效。结论:临床药师以合理用药为核心开展工作,可以为医、护、患提供高质量的临床药学服务。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To summarize the content and experience of clinical pharmacists developing pharmaceutical care in hepatobiliary surgery department. METHODS： Based on the work process of clinical pharmacists in hepatobiliary surgery depart- ment, the content and problems of pharmaceutical care developed in hepatobiliary surgery department were described in details. RESULTS： The clinical pharmacists should play a professional role according to clinical practice. The pharmaceutical care carried out in hepatobiliary surgery department has obtained preliminary success. CONCLUSION： The clinical pharmacist can develop work focusing on rational use of drugs to provide clinical pharmaceutical care of high quality for doctors, nurses and patients. |
