摘    要:目的:优选左金丸生物碱部位的提取精制工艺。方法:以加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,以盐酸小檗碱含量、总生物碱含量、得膏率以及三者的综合评分为评价指标,采用正交试验优选提取工艺,并确定醇沉浓度。结果:最佳提取精制工艺为6倍量水煎煮2次,每次1.5h,70%乙醇沉淀。结论:该提取精制工艺简单、重复性好、合理、可行。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction and purification technology of alkaloid from Zuojin pills.METHODS:The extraction and purification technology of alkaloid from Zuojin pills was optimized by orthogonal test with amount of water,decoction time and decoction times as factors and with the content of berberine hydrochloride,content of total alkaloid and extraction rate as index.Alcohol precipitation concentration was also confirmed.RESULTS:The optimal condition was follows:6-folds water,decocting for 2 times,1.5 h per time and precipitating using 70% ethanol.CONCLUSION:The extraction and purification technology is simple,reproducible,reasonable,and feasible.
