原子吸收分光光度法测定复方甘草片中重金属的含量

摘    要:目的:建立原子吸收分光光度法测定复方甘草片中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜重金属含量的方法。方法:铅的含量采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定,检测波长为283.3nm;镉的含量采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定,检测波长为228.8nm;砷的含量采用氢化物发生-原子吸收法测定,吸收管温度为800~900℃,检测波长为193.7nm;汞的含量采用冷蒸气-原子吸收法测定,载气为氮气,检测波长为253.6nm;铜的含量采用火焰原子吸收法测定。结果:5批复方甘草片中含铅为0.332~0.587mg·kg-1,镉为0.008~0.019mg·kg-1,砷为0.095~0.189mg·kg-1,汞为0.010~0.024mg·kg-1,铜为3.987~7.769mg·kg-1。结论:经参照2005年版《中国药典》(一部)对甘草的重金属限度规定及香港特别行政区《中成药注册申请手册》有关重金属的含量限度标准规定,5批复方甘草片样品中重金属的含量均符合规定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the content determination of heave metals in Compound liquorice tablets,such as plumbum(Pb),cadmium(Cd),arsenic(As),hydrargyrum(Hg) and cuprum(Cu).METHODS:The contents of Pb and Cd were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry at detection wavelength of 283.3 nm and 228.8 nm.The content of As was determined by hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrophotometry(HG-AAS) with detection wavelength of 193.7 nm and absorption tube temperature of 800-900 ℃.The content of Hg was determined by cold vapor-atomic absorption spectrophotometry with detection wavelength of 253.6 nm and nitrogen as carrier.The content of Cu was determined by flame-atomic absorption spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The contents of Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu in 5 batches of Compound liquorice tablets were 0.332-0.587 mg·kg-1,0.008-0.019 mg·kg-1,0.095-0.189 mg·kg-1,0.010-0.024 mg·kg-1,3.987-7.769 mg·kg-1 respectively.CONCLUSION:The contents of heavy metals in 5 batches of Compound liquorice tablets are correspond with the content standard of heavy metals stated in the first part of Chinese Pharmacopeia(2005 edition) and Manual for Chinese Patent Medicine Application and Registration subscribed by the Government of the HKSAR.
