心血管内科临床药师工作的特点及切入点

目的:探讨临床药师在心血管内科开展药学服务工作的切入点。方法:结合临床药师在心血管内科的工作实践,总结心血管内科的专科特点以及开展药学服务的内容、方法。结果:心血管内科临床药师可以从非专科用药、患者用药教育、围术期抗菌药物合理使用、中药注射剂安全使用等方面开展药学服务工作。结论:加强临床实践,把握好专科临床药师工作的切入点,才能完成临床药师的成长和成才。

Characteristics and Approaches of Clinical Pharmacy in Vasculocardiology Department

OBJECTIVE： To explore approaches of clinical pharmacists participating in pharmaceutical care of vasculocardiology department. METHODS We summarized the characteristics, contents and approach of pharmaceutical care in department of cardiovascular medicine with the personal clinical practice. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacists can provide pharmaceutical care through non-specialization drug therapy, patient education, perioperative use of antibacterials, TCM injection. CONCLUSIONS： It is a way to become a clinical pharmacist by grasping the approaches of cardiovascular department and participating in clinical practice.
