| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定骨刺消痛胶囊中丹皮酚含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim-pack C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(50∶50),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为274nm。结果:丹皮酚进样量在0.452～2.260μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为97.26%,RSD=1.62%(n=9)。结论:本方法操作简便、快速、准确,可作为丹皮酚的定量分析方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish a RP-HPLC method for the content determination of paeonol in Guci xiaotong capsules. METHODS： The chromatographic column was Shim-pack C18（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）, the mobile phase was methanol-water （50 ∶ 50） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 274 nm. RESULTS： The linear range of paeonol was 0.452～2.260 μg（r=0.999 9）; and the average recovery rate was 97.26%（RSD=1.62%,n=9）. CONCLUSION： This procedure is simple, rapid and accurate for the quantitative analysis of paeonol. |
