1例胰岛素过敏患者脱敏疗法的药学监护

目的:探讨临床药师对胰岛素过敏患者在脱敏治疗过程中药学监护的模式与方法。方法:以1例胰岛素过敏患者脱敏治疗为例,介绍临床药师协助医师制订治疗方案、配置脱敏液、对脱敏治疗进行全程监护、对患者及其家属进行用药教育和心理疏导。结果:临床药师在监护中成功参与了整个治疗过程,取得了满意的治疗效果。结论:临床药师参与胰岛素过敏患者的脱敏治疗,保证了患者脱敏治疗的安全性和有效性,明显提高了患者的用药依从性。

Pharmaceutical Care for the Desensitization Treatment of a Patient with Insulin Allergy

OBJECTIVE：To discuss the model and methods of pharmaceutical care for the desensitization treatment of a patient with insulin allergy. METHODS：Taking the desensitization treatment for 1 case of insulin allergy as an example,it introduced that pharmacist assisted doctors to establish therapeutic regimen,prepared desensitizer,monitored the whole period of desensitization treatment,carried out medication education and psychotherapy for patient and their family members. RESULTS：Clinical pharmacists succeed in taking part in the treatment and satisfactory therapeutic efficacy was achieved. CONCLUSION：Clinical pharmacists participating in desensitization treatment for insulin allergic patient guarantee the safety and effectiveness of desensitization treatment and improve compliance of patients.
