| 摘 要： | 目的:比较不同类型鼻黎氏区出血用生物胶治疗的疗效。方法:选取鼻黎氏区出血患者80例,其中A组40例为局部糜烂型,B组40例为血管性出血,均给予生物胶粘贴治疗,比较治疗效果。结果:两组用生物胶粘贴治疗比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.01),A组优于B组。结论:生物胶治疗鼻黎氏区出血时要注意选择出血的类型。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of different types of bleeding on Little area with biogel.Method Total 80 patients of Little area hemorrhage,including 40 patients of group A for local debaucjed type,40 patients of group B for vascular bleeding,all patients were given treatment of biogel and the therapeutic effect was compared.Results There was a significant difference between two groupes(P<0.01),group A was better than group B.Conclusion Doctors should pay attention to choose the type of bleeding on Little area when they using biogel to treat it. |
