| 摘 要： | 心血管病变是慢性肾功能不全患者最常见的并发症,是慢性肾功能不全患者死亡的主要原因。轻度肾功能不全被认为是心血管病变的一个独立危险因素。肾脏功能减退不仅是心血管病死率中的一个标志,同时还是其中的一个致病因子。肾脏与心血管系统之间存在着紧密的联系,在临床的工作中,将二者作为一个整体来进行治疗显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | Cardiovascular disease(CVD) is the most common complication in patients with chronic renal insufficiency and main cause of death of chronic kidney disease(CKD).Mild renal insufficiency(MRI)has been considered to be an independent risk factor of CVD.Renal hypofunction is not only a sign of mortality of cardiovascular disease,but also one pathogenic factor among them.There is a strong relationship between kidney and cardiovascular system,In clinical work,Taking kidney and cardiovascular system as a whole is particularly important for treatment. |
