| 摘 要： | 年轻恒前牙外伤后脱位及牙槽折断临床上比较多见。本文采用稳定夹板治疗年轻恒前牙外伤，取得了较好的临床效果。稳定夹板采用了动、静结合的原理，在固定患牙的同时，提供了生理性功能刺激。作者认为：对年轻恒前牙外伤的治疗，应采取儿童口腔医学的综合治疗。

| Abstract: | eeth luxation and alveolar bone fracture after injury of permarient antexior teeth in children arecommon in clinic,We treated the injury of permanent anterior teeth in children by steady splint and gorsatisfactory clinical effects,according to the principle of dynamics and statics.Steady splint providedphysiologic and functional stimulus while being fixed to the injury teeth.Pedodontics treatment shouldbe used for the luxation and alveolar bone fracture after injury. |
