| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解膝关节镜手术并发症。方法 :总结了 1982年 1月— 1998年 1月 10 16例膝关节镜手术 ,对 4 94例行关节镜探查、关节切开术并发症发病率与 5 2 2例关节镜镜下手术并发症发病率进行比较 ,并对各种并发症的发生原因进行分析 ,根据自己的实践 ,提出预防处理措施。结果 :本组关节镜镜下手术并发症发病率为 6 3 % ,关节血肿和止血带麻痹发生低于关节镜探查、关节切开组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :减少关节镜手术并发症 ,关键在于熟练的操作 ,缩短手术时间 ;大部分并发症经及时处理 ,不会有严重的后果 ;应建立正规的关节镜医师培养制度。
