IGF-2、IGF-1R在早期宫颈癌中的表达及临床意义

目的检测胰岛素样生长因子-2(IGF-2)及其受体IGF-1R在早期宫颈癌组织中的表达,评价IGF-2和IGF-1R的临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测15例正常宫颈组织及50例Ⅰb-Ⅱa期宫颈癌患者宫颈组织中IGF-2、IGF-1R的表达,同时对IGF-2和IGF-1R表达与宫颈癌各临床病理参数之间的关系进行分析。结果宫颈癌组织中IGF-2和IGF-1R阳性率分别为74%、76%,均显著高于正常宫颈组织的13.33%、26.67%(p<0.001)。宫颈癌组织中IGF-2、IGF-1R两者表达密切相关(P<0.05)。IGF-2的表达在不同肿瘤分期中差异有显著性(P<0.05),IGF-2与IGF-1R的表达在有淋巴结转移组和无淋巴结转移组中差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论IGF-2与IGF-1R的高表达与宫颈癌的发生、发展及侵袭转移有关

Expression of IGF - 2 and IGF - 1R in cervical cancer

Objective To investigate the expression of Insulin-like growth factor IGF-2 and IGF-1R in early stage cervical cancer and appraise their clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemical methods were adopted to examine expression of IGF-2、IGF-1R in 50 cases with cervical cancer and 15 cases with normal cervical tissues.The relationship of expression of IGF-2 and IGF-1R with various clinicopathological parameters were analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of IGF-2 and IGF-1R in cervical cancer were 74% and 76%,significantly higher than 13.33% and 26.67% in normal cervical tissues(p<0.001). There were close relationship among the expression of IGF-2 and IGF-1R in cervical cancer(p<0.05).There was a significant difference of the positive expression of IGF-2 between the group of different clinical stage (p<0.05),the same difference as the expression of both IGF-2 and IGF-1R between the group with lymph node metastasis and the group without lymph node metastasis(p<0.05).Conclusion The higher IGF-2 and IGF-1R expression are correlated with the genesis,invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer.
