优质护理服务在手术室工作中应用的效果分析

目的探讨手术室实施优质护理服务的效果。方法将150例手术患者随机分成对照组75例和观察组75例,对照组进行常规手术室护理,观察组进行优质护理服务,对比两组临床效果。结果观察组患者护理服务满意度为98.7%,明显高于对照组患者护理服务满意度的90.7%,观察组患者术后并发症发生率为4%,明显低于对照组患者术后并发症发生率的17.3%。结论手术室实施优质护理服务能够提高患者的满意度,降低术后并发症发生,有利于提高护理质量和护士的综合能力。

Analysis on Efficacy of High-quality Nursing Service by Appling to Work in the Operating Room

Objective To explore effect on improving the high-quality nursing service in operating room. Methods 150 cases of surgery patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 75 cases in each group, the control group used conventional the operating room nursing, the observation group used high-quality nursing service, the clinical effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing service satisfaction of the observation group was 98.7%, it was significantly higher than the control group whose nursing service satisfaction was 90.7%, the postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 4%, it was significantly lower than the control group whose postoperative complications rate were 17.3%.Conclusion To carry out high-quality nursing service in the operating room can improve the satisfaction of patients, reduce the postoperative complications, and help to improve nursing quality and comprehensive ability of nurses.
