| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声引导下经皮经肝穿刺胆管引流术(PTCD)在梗阻性黄疸中的临床应用。方法自1997年4月至2007年6月在海门市三厂医院就诊的梗阻性黄疸30例在超声引导下行经皮穿刺胆管引流术。结果超声引导下经皮穿刺胆管引流1次成功率为80%(24/30),2次成功率为90%(27/30),3次成功率为96.7%(29/30),PTCD置管成功为26例,置管成功率为86.7%,仅1例出现并发症,术后出现出血,经充分引流并使用止血药物后消失。结论超声引导下经皮穿刺胆管引流准确率高,成功率高,是一种准确、安全、有效、简便的方法,对解除梗阻性黄疸有较高价值。
