沥水调脂胶囊对高脂血症病人血管内皮功能的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨沥水调脂胶囊对高脂血症病人血管内皮功能的影响。方法  6 0例高脂血症病人 ,随机分为两组 :对照组 (服用氟伐他汀 2 0mg ,1次 /d) ,观察组 (服用沥水调脂胶囊 3粒 ,3次 /d)。使用上臂肱动脉内皮超声检测血流介导内皮依赖性扩张 (FMD) ,同时观察血脂水平的变化以及副作用的发生情况。结果 治疗 8周后 ,观察组和对照组TC、TG、LDL均显著降低 (两组各项自身对照P <0 0 1,组间对照P >0 0 5 )。两组FMD较治疗前均有显著提高 (P <0 0 1) ,组间对照差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 沥水调脂胶囊在有效调整高脂血症病人血脂的同时也可显著改善血管内皮功能 ,对动脉粥样硬化起到积极的干预作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of lishui tiaozhi capsul on vascular endothelial function of patients with hyperlipemia comparing with fluvastatin.Methods 60 patients were divided into group A(n=30) and B(n=30) randomly lishui tiaozhi jiaonang 1.05g 3/d and fluvastatin 20mg 1/d respectively for 8 weeks.The concentration of lipoprotein,adverse reaction and FMD,NMD were monitered.Results After the therapy TC,TG,LDLc decreased significantly(P<0.01),HDLc did not changed significently(P>0.05),TC-HDLc/HDLc decreased significently(P<0.05),FMD increased significantly(P<0.01 in both groups),the were no statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion Lishui Tiaozhi capsul can effectively adjust the level of lipoprotein and improve vascular endothelial function in the patiences with hyperlipemia.
