| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜下胰体尾手术后的护理。方法从常规护理、人工气腹、术后并发症、血糖、营养支持、心理护理等方面分析14例腹腔镜下胰体尾手术后的护理特点。结果观察病人均恢复良好。结论腹腔镜下胰体尾手术患者恢复快，有其特有护理特点。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the nursing of the patients with pancreatic gland rear part resection in laparoscopic.Methods The characteristics of nursing for the 14 patients underwent left-half pancreatic gland in laparoscopic were analyzed in following aspects,the routinely nursing,artificial pneumoperitoneum,postoperative complications,blood sugar,nutritional support,psychologic nursing,and so on.Results All of the patients had excellent recovery.Conclusion Patients underwent left-half pancreatic gland in laparoscopic could recover quickly and have its own nursing characteristics. |
