匹多莫德联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎136例临床观察

目的观察匹多莫德联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法将确诊感染支原体肺炎的264例患儿随机分为两组,对照组128例单用阿奇霉素进行治疗,治疗组136例联用阿奇霉素与匹多莫德进行治疗,对比两组症状消失、体征好转时间,治疗前后CD4＋/CD8＋值,停药后三个月内复发次数。结果治疗组在退热、缓解咳嗽、消除肺部罗音、扁桃体肿大消退方面都优于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗后CD4＋分数值、CD4＋/CD8＋高于治疗前（P〈0.01）,停药后复发次数明显减少,复发时病程缩短（P〈0.01）,且两组间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论匹多莫德联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎能提高疗效,缩短病程,降低复发率,且患儿依从性好,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

The Treament effects of pidotimod and azithromycin on 136 cases of children's Mycoplasma pneumonia

Objective To observe the treament effects of pidotimod and azithromycin on children’s Mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 264 cases of Mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into treament group and contrl group.The 136 cases in treament group were treated with azithromycin and pidotimod. In contrl group, only azithromycin was taken orally, the dosage and the treament courese were the same. Results The abatement of fever,cough,enlargement of tonsils and pulmonary crackles in treament group were superior compared with that in contrl group.（P〈0.05） No significent difference in the adverse reactions of the two groups was observed. In treament group, CD4＋ score, CD4＋/CD8＋were higher than that before treatment. （P〈0.01） The recurring rate was significently lowered,and the course was significently shortened compared with that in contrl group.（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The combination of pidotimod and azithromycin could provide satisfied effect on Mycoplasma pneumonia,shows a low recurring rate and has the superiority in treament of Mycoplasma pneumonia.
