| 摘 要： | 聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚－碘为碘伏类消毒洗涤剂。实验结果表明，其含有效碘６．２５ｐｐｍ的溶液，对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用５分钟，杀灭率达１００％，含有效碘５００ｐｐｍ溶液作用１０分钟，对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭率可达１００％，含有效碘５００ｐｐｍ溶液作用１０分钟，可将ＨＢｓＡｇ灭活。药液在室温下避光贮存一年，有效碘无明显下降。关键词

| Abstract: | Polyxyethlene alkylether-iodine(POA-I) is a Kind of iodophor germicidal detergent.It was indicated in laboratory that solution of POA-I containing 6.25ppm available iodine with a 5min contact time could completely kill Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.A solution containing available iodine 500ppm with l0min contact time couia compietely kill spores of Bacillus subtilis var.niger and the solution containing available iodine 500ppm could destry HBsAg in l0min.The available iodine content of POA-I showed no significant decrease when it was stored in brown bottle at room temperature for one year. |
