结肠造口旁疝15例防治体会

目的:探讨结肠造口旁疝的防治方法.方法:回顾性分析15例结肠造口旁疝的临床特点及修补方法.结果:采用局部缝合3例,网片修补10例,重新造瘘加补片2例.14例均恢复良好,1例发生切口感染,14例随访10个月至108个月平均45个月,复发1例,复发率6.7%.结论:结肠造口旁疝的发生与多重因素有关.应治疗伴发疾病,改进手术操作预防结肠造口旁疝的发生,手术是唯一的治愈方法、网片修补结肠造口旁疝疗效满意.

The Prevention and Treatment of Parastomal Hernia: Repot of 15 cases

Objective: To investigate prevention and treatment of parastomal hernia.Methods: Clinical data of parastomal.hernia of 15 cases were analyzed respectively with.special respet to chinical features and repair methods.Result: Simple.sutures were used in 3 cases,mesh repair in 10 cases,stoma melocation plus mesh repair in 2 cases.postoperative recovery was satisfactory in 14 cases.Incisional infection occurred in 1 cases and hernia recurrence developed 1 case(6.7%) during a follow-up of 10 to 108 months(average 45months) in 14 patients.Conclusion: The causes of parastomal hernia are miscellaneous especially incosional infection;perioperative malnutrition,must be corrected companying diseases properly controlled,and operative technique improved to prevent the incidence of parastomal hernia;Surgery is the only cure for parastomal hernia.mesh repare is an ideal surgical procedure for parastomal hernia.
