门诊合理用药国际指标追踪调查

目的:探讨持续影响合理用药的主要因素以及合理用药干预后影响结果的持续时间。方法:运用前后对照的试验方法,对合理用药国际指标的核心指标进行现场调查研究,并分成干预前1年、干预后1年、干预后4年3个组。数据用SPSS11.1软件进行统计分析。结果:平均用药品种数从干预前的2.76个降到干预后1年的2.09个,干预后4年还保持在2.08个(P<0.01);抗生素使用百分率从干预前的34.0%降到干预后1年的28.0%,但在干预后4年又上升为30.0%;药师平均调配药品时间从干预前的11.8秒增加到干预后1年的13.8秒,干预后4年持续增加到15.6秒。结论:采取的干预措施是有效的和可行的。全方位干预后效应可持续4年左右。

Followed up Investigation on Pharmaceutical Care Indices After Intervention on Rational Drug Use

OBJECTIVE :To explore the influencing factors of rational drug use(RDU)and time length of effect after intervention on RDU.METHODS:A field investigation was carried out on the core indices of international RDU index by the way of comparison.The investigation was carried out at three stages:1 year before intervention,1 year after intervention,and 4 years after intervention.Data statistics was analyzed by SPSS 11.1 software.RESULTS:The number of drug varieties per capita dropped from 2.76(before intervention)to 2.09(1 year after intervention),and remained 2.08(P<0.01)4 years after intervention.The use of antibiotics dropped from 34.0% before intervention to 28.0% 1 year after intervention,but rose to 30.0% 4 years after intervention.The time length of dispensing increased from 11.8 second(before intervention)to 13.8 second(1 year after intervention),and increased to 15.6 second(4 years after intervention).CONCLUSION:The adopted intervention is effective and practicable,whose effect can last about 4 years.
