15例危重型流行性出血热患者少尿期实验检测及临床表现

15例危重型 EHF 患者,少尿期平均持续4.8天,此期间,肾功能损害严重,内环境极度紊乱,BUN 显著升高,血肌酐为正常值的9倍多,电解质表现为一高三低(高钾、低钠、低氯、低钙)。严重酸中毒,止血与凝血功能严重障碍,绝大多数患者合并 DIC,凝血因子减少,纤溶活性亢进(BPC 减少、PT 延长、PLG、AT-Ⅲ、PREK 减少),肝功能普遍受损,GPT 及 GOT 升高,总蛋白及白蛋白降低,以上诸项与对照组相比,差异均有高度显著性(P<0.01)。

A Report of the Oliguria Phase Laboratory Results and Manifestation of 15 Cases with EHF

15 cases of grave EHF mean time of oliguria phase is about 4.8 days.During the period,their re- ruff function is found severely damaged and their inner environment is also found in extreme disorder. The blood urea nitrogen is at very high level and the level of blood creatinine is 9 times higher than that of normal condition.The severe disorder of serum electrolytes(high level of K~+;low level of Na~+,Cl~-,Ca~(++))and acidosis are also found.Most of them suffer from DIC so that their blood coagula- tion factors are significantly decreased and hyperfibrinolysis is remarkably developed(decreased BPC; prolonged PT;decreased AT-Ⅲ,PLG,Prek).We also notice that LET in most of them are abnormal (high level of sGPT,sGOT and low level of total serum protein and albumin).There are very signifi- cant differences between the control and them treated with ribavirin or placebo(P<0.01).
