| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨科技进步对医院经济增长的贡献率。方法 应用柯布 道格拉斯生产函数和索洛函数模型 ,对某市三级甲等医院 1990— 2 0 0 0年的投入与产出进行分析。结果 该院 1990— 2 0 0 0年经济年平均增长19 2 0 % ,劳动力投入、资本投入、科技进步对经济增长的影响率分别为 :4 5 3%、2 80 %、12 34% ,贡献率分别为 :2 3 0 1%、14 2 4 %、6 2 73%。结论 科技进步对该医院经济增长有较大的影响 ,贡献率逐步提高 ,成为经济增长的新亮点
