| 摘 要： | 目的 :本文引入极坐标表达体系 ,以进一步研究北京地区成人正常面部软组织侧貌特征及制定极坐标表达体系项目的正常值 ,初步探讨极坐标表达体系的临床意义。方法 :本研究采用 6 0例 (男女各半 )北京地区成人正常为样本 ,进行了 32个项目的面部软组织侧貌特征分析。结果 :( 1 )极坐标表达体系面部软组织侧貌特征正常值的制定。 ( 2 )北京地区成人正常面部软组织侧貌特征存在明显性别差异。结论 :极坐标表达体系为临床提供了一个研究面部侧貌软组织生长量和位移量的良好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the facial soft tissue features in Beijing adults with normal occlusion by using polar coordinate system and to evaluate the clinical significance of this system Methods:Sixty samples of Beijing adults with normal occlusion(30 male,30 female)were selected,and 32 cephalometric parameters from the samples were measured Results:(1)Normal values of facial soft tissue features in Beijing adults with normal occlusion were achieved (2)Statistical study on features of facial soft tissue showed significant difference between male and female Conclusion:Polar coordinate analysis system provides an effective way to estimate the growth magnititude and direction of facial soft tissue |
