| Abstract: | Pharmacy law in narrow sense should be pharmacy administration law. As a public and special administration law, and an independent branch in health law, it has four characters, including of technical, compulsory, international and synthetic. Pharmacy law comprises drug law, pharmaceutical affair law and pharmacist law. |
