| 摘 要： | 统计分析了我院1984年7月～1990年12月间门诊登记预约行角膜移植手术的898例(1139眼)患者致盲情况,主要致盲眼病为角膜炎症(占34.50％)和角膜外伤(占26.51％)。患者年龄以青壮年组最多,20～39岁患者占53.34％,儿童占7.35％,角膜供体材料来源匮乏,是许多患者得不到及时治疗的重要原因。本文讨论了这些疾病的构成比、预防、治疗及其社会意义,呼吁全社会关心眼库事业。

| Abstract: | 898 cases (1139 eyes) were analyzed before keratoplasty for blind causes from July 1984 to December 1990. The leading blinding ocular disease was keratitis (34.50M) and corneal trauma (26.51%). The age was predominantly (53.34%) from 20 to 39 years. The childen was 7.35%. Keratoplasty was not performed timely on many patients for lack of cornea. The authors dliseussed the constituent ratio of corneal diseases and their prevention, treatment and social sense. The authors appeal to everyone to be concerned with eye bank. |
