思美泰治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎临床观察

目的:评价思美泰联合更昔洛韦治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)肝炎的治疗效果。方法:将38例婴儿CMV肝炎患儿随机分为治疗组20例与对照组18例。两组均给予更昔洛韦等综合对症治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用思美泰50mg/(kg·d),静脉滴注,1日1次。均连用14天,观察结果。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗2周后IBIL及TBA改变有显著性意义(P<0.05),两组黄疸开始消退时间、黄疸完全消退时间之间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:思美泰作为外源性腺苷蛋氨酸可以补充肝损害患儿体内缺少的内源性腺苷蛋氨酸,有效减少胆酸肠肝循环,保护受损的肝细胞,促进黄疸消退。

Clinical observation of infantile cytomegalovirus hepatitis treated with transmetil

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of transmetil combined with ganciclovir in infantile cytomegalovirus hepatitis. Methods:Thirty-egith infantiles cytomegalovirus hepatitis were randomly divided into tow groups: the treatment group (n =20) and the control group(n=18 ). The treatment group received transmetil (50 mg/kg.d) once day by iv drip,ganciclovir was given in the two groups for two weeks. Results:(1)There were significant differences in IBIL and TBA between the two groups after two weeks(P<0.05).(2)There were very significant differences in time of initial jaundice disappearance and complete disappearance after two weeks (P<0.01). Conclusion:As external ademetionine,transmetil could supplement absent endogenous ademetionine,efficiently decrease intestine-liver circulation,protect scathing liver cell and accelerate jautice to fade away.
