杜仲颗粒剂治疗原发性骨质疏松性腰背痛临床观察

目的观察杜仲颗粒剂对防治原发性骨质疏松性腰背疼痛的临床疗效及患者生化指标和骨密度的变化。方法应用杜仲颗粒剂治疗原发性骨质疏松性腰背痛患者36例,同期32例选择阿尔法骨化醇治疗做阳性对照,观察2组治疗1、3、6个月后疼痛缓解情况（VAS评分）,治疗6个月时检测骨代谢及生化指标和骨密度。结果2组治疗后与治疗前比较,VAS评分下降（P〈0.01）,血清骨钙素、血清碱性磷酸酶、骨碱性磷酸酶均明显增高（P〈0.01）,尿钙/肌酐、尿羟脯氨酸/肌酐显著下降（P〈0.01）,骨密度增高（P〈0.05）,2组之间差异无统计学意义。结论杜仲颗粒剂对防治原发性骨质疏松性腰背疼痛有明显作用。

Clinicai Observation of Eucommia Granule in Treating Low Back Pain from Primary Osteoporosis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Eucommia granule in treating low back pain from primary osteoporosis and the changes of biochemical indicators and bone density.Methods Thirty-six patients of low back pain were treated with Eucommia granule,and 32 cases with Alpha alcohol ossification.The changes of the pain（VAS score） at 1st,3rd,and 6th month,blood and urine biochemical indicators and bone density at 6th month were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,VAS score dropped
（P〈0.01）, S-BGP, S-ALP and S-BALP significantly increased （P〈0.01）, U-Ca/Cr and U-Hyp/Cr significantly dropped （P〈0.01）, bone density increased （P〈0.05） in the two groups. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Eucommia granule has obvious effect in treating low back pain from primary osteoporosis.
