小儿恙虫病的皮损与临床-附26例报告

皮肤焦痂及皮疹是恙虫病的重要临床特征之一，对本病的早期诊断与鉴别诊断有一定意义。本文对２６例小儿恙虫病进行了临床分析，结果：入院时有焦痂者１１例（４２．３％），出现过皮疹者１０例（３８．５％），双下肢有出血点３例（１１．５％），误诊１４例。同时提示焦痂与皮疹的发生率较低可能与部份患者求诊时间较晚及焦痂多位于身体隐蔽部位而易漏诊、误诊有关。氯霉素对本病有特效。

Clinical Analysis on 26 Cases of Children with Scrub Typhus

Eschars and rashes on the skin are two meaningful manifestations of scrub typhus,which are helpful to the early diagnosis and differentiation of the disease.26 cases of children with scrub typhus were clinically analysed in this paper.of all the patients,11,10 and 3 cases show eschars,rashes and bleeding dots on their skin with 42.30%,38.50% and 11.50% of incidences respectively.14 cases were misdiagnosed.The incidences of eschars and rashes in the studied cases are relatively low.Some patients took a long time to seek medical aids after having been sick,and in some other patients,eschars occurred in some hidden sites to give rise to misdiagnosis.This may explain why the incidences are lower.The results also furtherly prove that chloramphenical has a special effect on scrub typhus.
