| 摘 要： | 目的 回顾性分析闭合式玻璃体切除术治疗眼内异物的临床疗效。方法 对22例(22眼)眼外伤合并眼内异物患者施行玻璃体切除术、晶体切除术、眼内异物取出、视网膜脱离复位及巩膜外环扎等联合术。结果 所有病例眼内异物均一次性取出,术後视力多数有不同程度的提高(0.05以上者共14例),视力提高者15例,不变者4例,下降者3例。结论 应用闭合式玻璃体切除术取出眼内异物手术效果好,有利于及时处理并发症和恢复有用视力。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyse the clinical effect of Pars plana vitrectomy (PPV) for extraction of intraocular foreign bodies (IOFBs). Methods 22 cases of eyes trauma with IOFBs were performed by PPV, lensectomy, extraction of IOFBs, relocation of retinal detachment and scleral encircling operation. Results IOBs in all cases (22 eyes) were extracted successfully for single time. Post-operative vision was improved in 15 eyes, not changed in 4 eyes and decreased in 3 eyes, most cases got out of blindness (0.05 or better in 14 cases). Conclusion It is useful to apply PPV for lOFBs, and favorable for management of complications and vision recovery in the eyes trauma with IOFBs. |
