H型高血压与复发性脑梗死的相关性研究

目的探讨H型高血压与脑梗死复发的相关性。方法 96例合并H型高血压的脑梗死患者,随机分为依那普利治疗组（10mg）或依那普利叶酸复合制剂（10mg∶0.8mg）治疗组,随访1a后,比较2组患者治疗前后血压、Hcy水平变化及脑梗死复发次数。结果 2组治疗前后血压差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,Hcy水平在依那普利叶酸片治疗组差异有统计学意义,依那普利叶酸片治疗组脑梗死患者复发次数明显降低。结论对H型高血压进行干预能有效降低同型半胱氨酸水平及脑梗死的复发。

Study on the relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia-related hypertension and recurrent cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the relationship between hyperhomocysteinemia-related hypertension and recurrent cerebral infarction. Methods Total 96 cerebral infarction patients with hyperhomocysteinemia-related hypertension in our hos- pital were collected. All the patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in one group were given Enalapril tab lets, patients in other group were given Enalapril-Folic tablets. One year later, the concentration of plasma homocysteine and the recurrent of cerebral infarction were analyzed. Results The treatment on two groups has effectiveness in lowering blood pres- sure. There are no statistical differences in the decline of hypertension between the two groups. Compared to the Enalapril group,the Enalapril-Folic group showed obvious decline in the recurrent of cerebral infarction and in plasma homocysteine lev el. Conclusion The treatment on hyperhomocysteinemia related hypertension can reduce the concentration of plasma homocys- teine and the recurrent of cerebral infarction patients effectively.
