| 摘 要： | 目的评价多奈哌齐治疗血管性痴呆的近期疗效及安全性。方法选择36例血管性痴呆患者,给予多奈哌齐5毫克/天治疗12周,临床疗效按简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE),日常生活能力量表(ADL)治疗前后的变化进行评定。结果多奈哌齐治疗4周后与治疗前MMSE及ADL评分变化分别为 0.86分及-3.3分,P<0.05,治疗12周后与治疗前MMSE及ADL评分变化分别为 3.93及-11.6,P<0.01,差异有显著性意义。36例中2例轻度腹泻,1例恶心,1例全身乏力。结论多奈哌齐能有效地治疗血管性痴呆患者的认知功能,社会活动能力及日常生活能力,且安全性高。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the efficacy of donepezil in treatment of vascular dementia.Methods 36 patients with vascular dementia were followed up with self-matched study for 12 weeks in department of neurology of weishan hospital and received MMSE, ADL test after treatment with donepezil 5mg/d.Results The results of self-matched trial showed remarkable improvement in MMSE, ADL by 0.86, -3.3 points respectively (P<0.05) after treatment for 4 weeks, The score in MMSE, ADL was changes 3.93, -11.6 points for 12 weeks(P<0.01).Two of the 36 patients treated with donepezil showed side effects of gently diarrhea, one case nausea, one case total body inertia.Conclusion Donepezil is effective in treating with vascular dementia, It can improve cognition and ability of daily life, Donepezil was well tolerated and safe. |
